"Palliative care in the home"

I recently helped nurse a relative in Bampton in her last week before passing away with cancer. I would like to commend your district nurses and hospice nurses ( Caroline and her colleague, unfortunately can't remember her name).

The district nurses visited daily and on occasions we had to call out the after hour team. They were all amazing -  so compassionate, professional, supportive and caring nothing was a bother.

I had a few dramas with a paid 24/7 carer, the nurses were able to assist with this challenge, for that I was so appreciative. I looked forward to their visits called them my angels, all of them were amazing.

I cannot thank you all  enough for your support that enabled me to make my relative's last wish - to die at home - a reality. You are all amazing, thank you.
