Called this practice over 100 times by 3 phones to not get an appointment. Was informed only 6 appointments available due to sickness and all used by 8.05. From starting the calling it said all lines used needed to call back.
The system is ridiculous. There should be a system to use an online form to be able to get better appointments. I need to call each morning at 8 to hopefully get through or book in 2 weeks. Disgusting service when we need to see our doctors for on going issue.
On the other hand the receptionist was fantastic and tried to help best she could. Such a hard job for them when the system is broken.
