"The care and communication was second to none"

About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Clinical assessment unit

(as the patient),

From the moment I arrived at CAU I was greeted warmly and everything was explained clearly to me. It was a very busy day, having many investigations for a kidney infection and the care and communication was second to none.

Everyone treated me with respect and dignity and despite it being a worrying and stressful time I was made to feel at ease.

The staff were run of their feet all day but were cheerful and professional throughout.

The soup and sandwiches were really good and I was offered drinks throughout the day.

Every aspect of the care was positive.

Dear lorna273

Thank you for taking the time to share your recent experience of our clinical assessment unit. I will share your postive experience with the team, who as you acknowledge are busy all of the time.

I hope you are recovering well

best wishes

pam
