About: Health Visitors / Lisburn & Dunmurray Health Visitors

(as a service user),

I cannot speak more highly of our Health Visitor, Amy. She went over and beyond since the day she was assigned to us. Amy was a breath of fresh air when she came into our baby bubble. As first time parents we were so appreciative of her support and advice. We knew that not only could we rely on her support during scheduled visits, but also via call or text. When having breastfeeding challenges Amy called out ASAP to give support. On one occasion Amy even went to a pharmacy to pick up an ointment I couldn't source (without being asked) and discreetly dropped if off later that day without a fuss. Amy made referrals for our baby boy to the dietician and child physio team - again a reflection of how thorough she was in her care. Amy is a brilliant ambassador for the trust and the vocation. Lucky the mums, dads and babies who have Amy assigned to them.
