"The staff were amazing"

I had a general anaesthetic to remove a cyst from my wrist. On arrival I was greeted by the friendly reception staff. Was taken to my bed where my nurse introduced herself. I was then seen by the anaesthetist who explained everything and was so friendly. I then saw my consultant who was very informative and friendly. I was taken to theatre by a very lovely lady. The staff in theatre and the recovery room staff were amazing. Back on the ward my aftercare was exceptional. Cannock you were brilliant. Thank you.
