"Excellent patient experience"

Having waited 2 years for a knee replacement I was sent to Dr Wallace at the golden jubilee national hospital - from entering for clinic appointments until day of discharge following surgery everyone was kind caring professional and thorough with care delivery. I cannot fault the orthopaedic surgeon or any of the team in this hospital. I would also like his registrar whose name slips my mind he was so caring and reassuring. Ward 4 east was an excellent ward and a great example of team work under pressure. Nurses doctors ANPs domestics physios and OTs were fantastic 

Having a chronic condition I have been in other hospitals but staff here enjoyed their jobs and this was evident in every department I was sent to. I have not any pain since and all healed nicely.
