"bad experience and disappointment with a family…"

I have always been satisfied with the medical staff. But today, June 24, I first encountered a doctor who clearly should not be a doctor! I have never had such a bad, rude and abnormal attitude anywhere! I came to check my child's health, I did not hear normal answers to my questions, my newborn child has been coughing for several days, when I asked what it could be, he told me that he did not know, maybe some virus, and did not prescribe any treatment. He was very rude to me! I am very dissatisfied with today's visit!
