"Really good practice"

My elderly father-in-law was visiting from Wales and I was concerned about his laboured breathing and cough. I contacted the surgery because I am a registered patient and they organised temporary registration and he was seen promptly, within the hour, by the duty doctor. I am really impressed and thankful because it was a Friday afternoon and we were able to seek treatment and advice so quickly. All members of staff from receptionist to doctor were polite and helpful. Thank you and well done.
