"Spinal Stenosis"

About: Dorset County Hospital / Trauma and orthopaedics

(as the patient),

I had an operation in March for severe stenosis with L3-4 decompression. My Consultant was Mr Selbi who was a very nice gentleman. I was in severe pain for 18 months prior to this and to stand up the same day as the operation and feel no pain was such a pleasure. I then saw Mr Selbi again in June, where I was given the all clear. I would just like to say thank you again to Mr Selbi, a gentleman I would easily recommend to anyone suffering as I did.

Thank you.

Hello

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave your feedback about your recent treatment. It is so lovely to hear how Mr Selbi was able to help and transform your way of life. It can be easily underestimated how debilitating constant pain can be.

Would you like to email the patient experience team (patientexperience@dchft.nhs.uk) with further details of your care and the location where you weere seen so we can pass on your lovely comments to Mr Selbi?

Thank you again for your comments, I hope you continue to recover well.

Best wishes
