My welcome at Cannock Chase hospital was polite and, as a nervous patient, easy and efficient. All of the staff were professional and the attitude of all was kind and caring.
I was kept informed about all aspects of my surgery and when I was taken to theatre it was the same there. Post op care was exceptional and I was constantly asked if I required anything, nothing was too much trouble.
When it was time to leave the discharge procedure was just as efficient, the taking of medication fully explained again, making a difficult day as straightforward as possible.
The nurse who looked after me most, Debbie (I think), was lovely so a big thank you to her, but in saying that everyone was kind and caring. Debbie was kind enough to take me to my lift waiting in the car park, so exceptional treatment all round.
A big thanks to everyone who made my operation day as comfortable as could be.
