My wee mum was scheduled for a pacemaker box change. She was very anxious about the procedure and the whole team were fabulous! They put her at ease and explained everything that was going to happen. They let me sit with her until she was ready to go through for the procedure. The team were patient and kind and special shout out to Heather for her patience!
