"Bad practice, fast turnover of helpful doctors "

I was a long term patient of this practice. The doctors were helpful but some reception staff were rude, unhelpful and inefficient. Calls and messages were not followed up or passed on and this caused issues with medication info, and finally multiple calls and appointments to rectify this were seen as simply a nuisance. A formal complaint to the surgery manager was ignored. When I chased up on the complaint, this was also ignored. Avoid this surgery.
