"Heating on a hot summers day"

About: Ninewells Hospital / Clinical Investigation Unit

(as a service user),

I am sitting in the CIU in Ninewells on a hot summers day and the heating is on! Is it monitored? Can it be switched off by zone? Surely this is 'bleeding' NHS funds.

Dear Hilber,

Thank you for sharing your experience and raising your concern. The temperature within CIU has been escalated to the estates department as being uncomfortably hot. The radiators have been reported to the estates department, and we are waiting for this to be actioned. This will be chased up again today.
