Have been in contact regarding the use of a wheelchair when attending an appt.

The receptionist was very polite but unfortunately was told that this facility is not available.. My mother in law has an appt next week but I am unable to lift a wheelchair into my car. It was stated that they are not medically trained but a wheelchair I thought would be available either to give a deposit whilst using it or these would be available in case of emergency in a NHS facility.
