made an morning appointment to avoid delays and waiting times.
Time of appt 9:10am.
At 9:45am still waiting to be seen.
How can this delay happen so early in the morning, someone didnt make it to work on time.
Kept me waiting and i had to get to work. This poor time keeping is not fair from a NHS health service in UK.
Do not join this surergy for your health needs, there are much better locally. Avoid at all costs.
