(as the patient),

I was in for my very first blood test and my anxiety was through the roof as I have a blood and needle phobia and have been worried about this day for over 10 years. I had Andrea and Amy and they made me feel so welcome and at ease and done an amazing job. They were the loveliest pair and fab at their jobs. They done the blood test so quickly and painlessly. I did end up fainting after the test which I am prone to but they handled it great and didn’t make me feel like a burden. I can’t thank them enough. All the treatment room staff were great. Thanks again girls.
