In March both my hips had become extremely painful and I could only walk in the house with a frame, a month later I developed an extremely painful frozen shoulder.  Physios Heidi and Caren gave me very helpful exercises for both conditions and visited weekly to check progress Their service could not have been better in any way. Am extremely grateful to them
