I wish to express my appreciation to the staff at Cross House University Hospital in East Ayrshire for the outstanding care I received during my recent admission to A&E. I was triaged without delay then diagnosed with possible Transient Global memory loss. This was confirmed by analysing blood, heart and muscle condition followed by a scan - all carried out quickly and efficiently despite a busy A&E dept. At all times staff were considerate and courteous and sympathetic to my condition. I was discharged the following morning after the staff confirmed my condition and explained symptoms, causes and aftercare. Well done team Crosshouse!
