"Apt booking Shambles. Shame for the Elderly or…"

Trying to book an appointment. No joy by phoning. Tried the online form, no joy, wouldn't go any further than the first page. Phoned 3 separate time for assistance. Spoke to a different handler every time. (who were nice but no joy) Told I'd to try the online form at 7.30 the following morning with no guarantee of an appointment or speaking to a Nurse. I then decided to switch Doctors Surgery. Phoned the alternative surgery who said come in and fill in registration form, used a pen and handed it back and got an appointment with a nurse 1 hour later. She took blood and booked a chest x ray for the next day. The world is not digital it's human. I feel fear for the Elderly and the sick. Watling Street you have lost a grip on humanity. Shame on you all.
