"Fantastic aftercare of two serious wounds"

The nurse did an amazing job on redressing my large open wounds. She was sympathetic to my needs ( fragile skin and extremely poor care elsewhere) she was patient, caring, explained everything and took the time to try to put me at ease ( I was petrified after poor care elsewhere) it was always going to hurt given the nature of my wounds but I was amazed at the difference her experience made to my suffering - I cannot praise her enough. She took advice from other seniors to ensure she was addressing the situation correctly, and proceeded to complete the task as pain free as possible even staying on after the surgery had closed to complete the task and booked me in with her again in a few days time for redressing! One hundred percent for this lady and her associates.
