Today I attended Endoscopy for what I titled a double whammy appointment. From start to finish I have been treated with care, empathy & reassurance. Your colleagues Jai, Stacey, Emily, Alex, Renuka & Sherwyn made what was a daunting appointment much more bearable & I am grateful for that.
