I just wanted to say how grateful we are for the support we've had from our health visitor, Shauna. She's been genuinely kind, attentive and caring from the very beginning. She always takes the time to really listen, values us as parents, and makes sure we feel heard and supported. It’s clear how much she cares about the families she works with. Her calm, reassuring presence has made such a difference to us, and her support has been steady, proactive, and truly centred around what’s best for our child.
