"Slow service"

Service has been atrocious. Came to A&E in RVH, Belfast. Receptionist has either sat knitting or talking to colleagues for the last four hours. We were told 2 hours ago that we were third in the queue, and two doctors on, so it shouldn't be long. Two hours later we were still third in queue.  This is meant to be an emergency clinic for people with sore limbs, as most limping or arms in slings. No one was called through for 30 mins around 3pm, making me wonder if staff were all on a break at the same time. Eventually called at 18:00 only to be sent to x-ray into another queue and then another queue when you return from x-ray. God knows what time we will get out of here.
