"Caring, compassionate and respectful"

About: Lagan Valley Hospital / Urgent Care Centre

(as a relative),

I attended urgent care with my father-in-law, who is in his 90s and had became acutely confused. The care he received was exceptional. The staff were caring, compassionate and respectful to us both.

Dr Cassidy carried out a thorough examination, conversing with my father-in-law the whole time and giving clear explanations for everything.

All the nursing staff, although extremely busy, smiled and chatted each time they passed.

I would also like to personally mention Stephen, who was very attentive and helpful. Thank you to all .

Hi Belinda40

Thank you for taking the time to tell us of your experience when attending the Urgent Care Centre at LVH with your father-in-law. Delighted to hear the staff were kind and caring throughout and your father-in-law was looked after to a high standard. It is a great resource for patients and families.

I will share your comments with the staff who will appreciate them very much.

Best Wishes to you both

Jenny
