"helpfull physio"

going in to see the physio i was a bit sceptic of the help it could be given as i have suffered with neck and back issues for over 20 years.

the lady i saw was very thorough after looking through my medical file was able to help and give advice on what i needed to do to help along with many files and videos to use as a reference point . I found this helpful and hope this will help on leaving the lady physio said i hope this helps and if you need anything just ask for a phone call to be arrange time to have a chat.
