"Terrible blood test"

I have been asked to come in for a blood test. I have responsibilities such school and work meaning that I can’t possibly come in for a blood test before 4. The practice is terrible , I arrived at 15:48 and went to the receptionist to told me I can’t get my blood test done today as they have stopped doing it , this same scenario happened 2 days prior when I came at 4 o’clock. The practice closes at 5:20 and I have been coming an hour and twenty minutes early. It’s absolutely ludicrous that I can’t get my blood test even after I explained my scenario and my responsibilities that inhibit me from coming earlier. It’s a terrible service and they need to make it more efficient and account for people who have responsibilities . All in all I am extremely dissatisfied and now have to go for a third time .
