"Made me feel so relaxed throughout"

I recently had a Colposcopy at Worcester Royal Hospital. The team that took me through the procedure were absolutely amazing. They were so welcoming, chatty and made me feel so relaxed throughout, which is a huge thing for for me as I get very anxious with these sorts of things. I came out feeling really well supported and positive as well as having a good understanding of what they had found during the appointment and what needed to be done going forward. I can’t praise them enough honestly! The names of the staff were Julie, Andrea and Joselyn. I really hope they hear about this comment as they deserve to know how fantastic they are 😁
