I phoned for an appointment at 8am. I was 18th in the queue but was able to press 1 for a call back when I reached the front of the queue. I was called back and described my issue. I was offered a telephone appointment with a GP for approximately an hour and a half later. The call came and after a lengthy discussion re symptoms, a prescription was issued to the pharmacy. 4 hours later, I was sent a message to inform me that my prescription was ready to collect. Excellent!
