"Hit and Miss"

Had a telephone appointment with a doctor whose name I am unsure of I explained that I’ve been to a hospital after a fall and was told to contact my GP to arrange referral to a specialist after x-ray showed a rotator cuff injury. When I spoke to the doctor he refused to do this and told me I needed to see a physio at the practice even though I’ve seen a physiotherapist at UHCW who also recommended that I see a specialist. I saw the Physio at the doctor’s practice who confirmed everything that I already knew but said wait and the pain should get better on its own if not to contact him. After this I had got no further but still in pain now have to wait until I see the physio again at the hospital who said that she would get a referral either to specialist or get a scan done. I have been a patient at thepractice for over 30 years and now I have no confidence in getting any kind of support when I’ve needed it. F from repeat prescriptions to as a services I use regularly nothing ever goes smoothly.
