Dear grusww87, thank you so much for taking the time to get in touch to let us know you had a positive experience when attending our department for an x-ray. I'm especially glad the Radiographer helped, sometimes just having another person take the time to listen to your concerns helps reassure you, doesn't it? I will pass on your thanks to the various staff groups as I know they are very appreciative to hear they have made a difference to someone's day. Take care
