"A lovely touch"

About: Glasgow Royal Infirmary / Accident & Emergency

(as a service user),

My husband was rushed into the Royal accident and emergency mid March after having heart failure. He did not survive.

I was extremely touched with the hessian bag returning his possessions and the card saying ‘We extend our condolences to you at this time’

A lovely touch.
