For a clinic /hospital that deals with cancer and tumour related issues the contact and patient interaction (or lack of) it is absolutely shocking , I've needed my mouth packing changed on numerous occasions and it's been me that's had to nudge the staff and appointments clerk to get an appointment, I e mailed twice in the space of 10 days about my mouth packing being changed only on the third attempt did I manage to get an appointment, I also seemed to get end of the day appointments, leaves a lot to be desired
