(as a service user),

We recently called 111 because our 2 year old fell unwell. They sent paramedics who arrived promptly and were so patient and lovely with our little one.

They were very friendly and reassuring.

Thank you, Amy and Eddie, for helping our son stay calm and cope well with an ambulance journey.

Thanks so much for writing in to provide feedback here on care opinion. I'm so sorry to hear that your son was so unwell that he required an ambulance. This must have been extremely scary as his parents and for him too. I'm delighted to hear that he received such good care and that you all felt reassured by Amy and Eddie's friendly and calm demeanours.
