"Kind, calm and professional"

About: South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust / Emergency ambulance

(as a service user),

The ambulance which took me to A&E at the BRI arrived very quickly. The paramedics were very kind, calm and professional. This was reassuring as I was experiencing an acute mental health crisis, and I felt looked after during a terrifying experience.

I'm grateful to the ambulance staff who do a stressful and difficult job.
