"Crown fell out"

(as the patient),

I had a crown that came out and I called the hospital and explained what happened and how it was rubbing on my tongue I was given an appointment for the same day. I was treated by a third year student and she done a great job and she and her fellow student were so very nice and polite the students name was Fahima

Thank you so much for taking time to feedback about the care that was delivered to you when you had the misfortune and discomfort of a failed crown. I am glad that we were able to offer you an appointment on the day and that the crown could be recemented in position. I hope you are now comfortable.

I am delighted to hear that the students were polite and pleasant. This is encouraging for their future careers.

It is our aim to deliver good care as efficiently as possible and it is great to hear that things went well for you.
