"Outstanding Care"

A massive thank you for all the care, compassion and support throughout the final weeks of my grandad’s life. Dr took the time to come and visit us at home twice before his sudden passing and even telephoned my Nan before her holiday upon hearing the news to check-in. She has always gone above and beyond her duties to reassure their worries throughout their registration at the surgery. Another lady on reception (won’t allow me to include names) has always been a wonderful, understanding and familiar voice to my grandparents over the years and has always made the time to stop and speak to them. Nothing ever seems too much trouble for the staff there and I hope they get the recognition they deserve, especially in times like these where the NHS system is on its knees.
