"Professional, friendly, empathetic and kind"

I recently attended Whiteabbey Day Procedure Unit for a biopsy procedure under GA. I would like to extend my thanks to all the staff who cared for me that day. They were all professional, friendly, empathetic and kind. Caroline, Ciara, Pradnya and Hannah all cared for me before and after my procedure. Caroline went above and beyond to make sure I was ok. Theatre staff Gillian, Ryan, Lynn all made me feel less anxious. To the lovely Dr Dick (ENT) who spoke so kindly to me before and after my biopsy and explained everything to me and my family. And for the care and kindness provided by the anaesthetists Owen and Dr Pokorny who made sure I was safe throughout the procedure. We are very lucky to have such dedicated staff within our NHS. Thank you.
