About: Waterside Hospital

(as a relative),

My Mum has been in Waterside Hospital for about 6 weeks now and I just wanted to say how fantastic all of the staff have been, from the Doctors, Nurses, Assistants, Catering and Domestic staff they have all been so lovely and friendly and helpful.

The OT Team, The Physios and the Discharge Teams have all been fantastic and given my mum first class care and support

My mum was on the respiratory ward, sorry I can’t remember the ward number but where the respiratory hub is in Altnegelvin and at Waterside she was in Ward 3
