"Considerate approach eased many concerns"

About: North Devon District Hospital / Cardiology

(as the patient),

Pre-assessment care prior to any aortic valve replacement

I would like to put on record my thanks to Dr Gibbs, the Lead Clinician in the Cardiology Department at North Devon District Hospital. At each stage he has clearly explained outcomes from tests in a very timely manner. Prior to seeing Dr Gibbs I was very apprehensive of the likely procedure, but his considerate approach has gone some way to easing many of my concerns for which I am truly grateful.
