I didn't even know if I was in the correct area after having to find staff I was reassured I was inthe correct area. The nurse I had seen gave me no information no explanation no leaflets anything

I came away with no clue don't even no how to go back to this clinic she was also 45 minutes late said she had read my notes but asked when my condition started I've no rereffered to else where would prefer Dr led care where I might get tests for ongoing symptoms and more expert advice. Imunologist here lacks patient care and empathy I felt talked down too she new I had anxiety and didn't reassure me one bit.
