"Experience on ward 12"

I was recently admitted to Ward 12. I have to say all the staff were excellent, apart from one or two who made my stay very uncomfortable.
A nurse was very rude to myself & partner on a number of occasions and even to myself in front of other patients in my room.
There was another member of staff who seemed to have an issue with me, and an assistant who ignored me and with others on the ward … have no words...
Discharged still in pain, awaiting neurologist appointment.

Thank you for sharing your recent experience whilst in ward 12. I am sorry to read that some staff were rude and ignored you. This is not the standard of professional care that I would expect and offer my sincere apologies.
