I’ve been experiencing worsening health day by day and sought help from this GP practice. I specifically requested an ultrasound scan because of my ongoing symptoms, but my request was denied without clear explanation. When I asked how to manage my health concerns, I was told, "we will, if needed," which left me feeling dismissed and unsupported.
This experience has seriously impacted my trust in this practice. As a patient, I expect to be listened to, taken seriously, and involved in decisions about my care — especially when my health is deteriorating.
I am extremely disappointed with the lack of responsiveness and empathy shown. I hope this feedback leads to better communication and patient care in the future.
