The care provided in ward 44 was excellent. Nurses and doctors were excellent. Student nurse Maeve is an example of what a great nurse is with great respect and empathy. I feel very lucky to have this care so close

Hi Mullan44,
My name is Chris Gray. I am the Charge Nurse for Ward 44/CCU Cardiology at Altnagelvin Hospital. I want to thank you for taking the time to highlight your experience with our cardiology service.
It is personally very pleasing to hear such positive feedback and I will take the opportunity to share this with the team here. In particular, I will highlight your note to the student nurse involved. Being a student can be a daunting experience, so I hope this will provide some validation to the dedicated hours that a student commits to their training.
