"Definitely helped me as a first time mum"

I wanted to pass on my thanks to the new Victoria clinic J midwife team who looked after me for my antenatal care

My daughter was born happy and healthy in March

I want to thank Louise specifically. After results from my booking appointment had been misinterpreted and i had not been informed until many weeks later which caused quite a lot of anxiety at the beginning of my first pregnancy (i do feel this wasnt handled well in the first instance and hope that the error was highlighted to the appropriate people to avoid the same issue for others in the future), louise met me at my next appointment. She offered an apology, re took my tests, discussed the situation and my concerns with me and my husband and was empathetic throughout.

Another midwife (whose name i unfortunately didn't note down) went out of her way to call me back, after i had called anxiously for the results, at the end of her shift so I would not be left to worry over the weekend.

Louise was so calm and kind and definitely helped me as a first time mum navigating pregnancy.

All the HCSW, student midwives and reception staff i met were also really lovely and professional
