"Shining examples of ophthalmology professionals"

I went to the ophthalmology department at Treliske in June.  It was very busy and everyone was running late. I was the next to last patient of the day to have my eye injection that day. I saw Michaela and Eva, with Michaela giving the injection and Eva assisting.  Although other members of staff were heard commenting on how late they were going to have to stay., these two ladies gave no indication of being tired or impatient. 

They were the souls of cheerfulness and professionalism.  Eva chatted with me while I was being prepped, as she could tell I was very anxious about the procedure.  I felt as if I was being cared for by an old friend.  In five years of receiving these injections (three in the US and almost 2 1/2 here in the UK), this was the FIRST time there was no pain! Michaela has a magic touch when giving the injection and I wish I could request her every time I had to have one. I had fewer after effects, and very little discomfort afterwards.  There two ladies were amazing and I would happily tell all and sundry how  wonderful my experience was with them.  Kudos, Michaela and Eva!
