"All staff were kind, helpful and efficient"

About: Queen Margaret Hospital / Cataract Unit

(as the patient),

Surgery went well (due to a cancellation I was also offered surgery on my other eye) I decided to go ahead. The procedure was explained in detail to me and I was assured that, at any point, I could opt out if I felt  that one surgery was enough.  All staff were kind, helpful and efficient. I felt that the team work was excellent,

My surgeon also spoke to me after the operations and checked that I felt well enough to be discharged.

I was very happy with the care I received on the day.

Dear Bailley,

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback about your recent bilateral cataract surgery @ the Cataract Unit.

I am glad to hear that, with the relevant explanation and reassurance, you were able to have both eyes operated on that day and found the team to be kind, helpful and efficient.

We wish you well in your recovery,

Ashley
