"Appreciation and Suggestions"

I would like to take this opportunity to express my thanks and appreciation to the staff at Moorfields Eye Centre at St George’s Hospital.

I attended the Centre on 20th June, 2025. The whole process was very smooth and efficient. All the staff were very friendly. My heartfelt thanks to the consultant for his very detailed, yet easy to understand explanation of my condition and options. He was caring and his friendliness is highly appreciated. Thanks also to nurse/clinician who was very professional during the eye checking process.

Finally I wish to feedback about the appointment scheduling arrangement. NHS twice cancelled/rescheduled my appointment at very last minute without giving a reason! That caused a lot of inconvenience to me as I had to rearrange all my plans!
