"An Audiology appointment"

About: Beech Hall Centre / Auditory Implant Centre

(as the patient),

I had telephoned the week before to request an appointment to have my Bonebridge implant device adjusted. The receptionist listened to my request, and was very helpful.

I was then contacted by a phone call within a few days (which I was unable to answer and a voicemail was left for me). Shortly after this I received a text offering me the choice of two appointment dates for later in the week. This service was great, very efficient for me and I hope for the audiology team. I felt valued.

At the appointment, the receptionists as always were pleasant.

The audiologist then saw me on time, and carried out a hearing test first.

Then we talked about my issue and she resolved the problem as always.

I left feeling happy obviously as I was able to use the Bonebridge again, but also because everything went well.
