Visited the day-care unit at Stobhill hospital Glasgow.

Met by friendly nursing staff who made me feel at ease in a professional environment. Every stage about the process was well explained from the preparatory stages to and during the actual biopsy itself.

All the staff were caring and the atmosphere light and convivial. With the various stages and procedure well explained, the surgeon explained each step of the biopsy procedure itself and this helped in removing my apprehensions.

The care after the procedure was very professional making the whole experience effortless. A commendable service by all involved.
