"Bad manners and unprofessional receptionist "

I called to make an appointment for my son ,he is 21 but was soo ill ,the receptionist did want me to talk ,i passed the phone to my son ,he asked to see the doctor as he has a chest infection,she will not let him see the GP ,she booked him with the nurse for a week time ,he had to struggle all week with his infection and very bad cough,she was very rude but very bad manners and very unprofessional, disappointed of the service with this practice ,I'm changing it as don't want to be in this situation again .
